Over the past 12 years, David Chocolatier has transformed the art of chocolate making in Cork. With a childhood filled with fond memories of food and culinary experimentation, David’s path to chocolate making began in 2011, when he decided to pursue his passion full-time by establishing an artisanal chocolaterie in Cork city.
David traveled to Italy, France, and Belgium to learn the art of chocolate making from the world’s most renowned chocolatiers. He grew fascinated with the process of crafting high-quality chocolates, as well as the patience and creativity involved in developing a signature, authentic style.

His chocolates are made with the finest ingredients, and they are crafted with care and attention to detail.
